The ACS team is heading down to sunny California for the 2024 ATP Innovations in Testing conference!
Susan will be presenting, “Representing Complex Professional Expectations in Practice Analysis and Exam Development” along with Shelby Williamson. The session will detail how ACS Ventures and National Strength and Conditioning Association developed a multi-dimensional framework, how the multiple dimensions represent the complexity of the profession, and how exam content was created to comprehensively cover the dimensions within the framework.

Chad is co-presenting a Feature Speaker Session titled, “Assessment Strategy – Changes on the Horizon”. This diverse panel of senior level assessment experts, which also includes John Weiner, Ada Woo and Ashok Sarathy, will draw upon their experience in high stakes assessment to discuss rationales, approaches, and considerations for planning and undertaking initiatives to develop the next generation of assessments.
