Senior Assessment Specialist

Scott has over 20 years of experience with assessment development and validation projects for certification, licensing, education, and training programs. He has worked with clients across diverse disciplines, including information technology, digital marketing, medical, environmental, sales, project management, and architecture. Scott has a B.A. in Social Science, from California State University, Sacramento, California.

He specializes in the facilitation of projects for program design, job analysis, multiple-choice and performance item development, form construction and review, and standard setting. Scott draws upon his knowledge of current and emerging practices in the field to customize solutions for the specific needs of each client.

Scott lives in Sacramento CA with his wife and son. In his free time, Scott enjoys taking advantage of the local offerings by going out to eat and exploring local neighborhoods. He also enjoys traveling, playing chess and spending time with his close circle of friends.
