CLIENT
Medical Assistant certification program
PROJECT
Client sought to develop new certification programs for medical assistants and phlebotomists; professions with overlapping knowledge, skills, and abilities. The Client partnered with ACS to help design a job task analysis that could take advantage of eligible respondents’ ability to potentially provide input on both questionnaires during the survey process.
UNIQUE VALUE
ACS offered an efficient strategy for the Client as they sought to gain insights from their stakeholder community. ACS took a comprehensive approach and developed a single survey that could dynamically directed respondents to relevant portions of the survey. That approach allowed respondents to provide feedback on the important knowledge, skills, and abilities for the respective profession(s). Combining innovation and efficiency is a hallmark of what ACS seeks to offer to its program-partners.
SUSTAINABILITY
In developing a design to conduct a joint job analysis survey, ACS assisted the Client in establishing a framework that can be replicated for future validation activities that seek to leverage the breadth of subject matter expertise that stakeholders can offer to the program(s).
